About Martin

What’s Bladewatch about?

My blog covers news, existing best practices and procedures, real world challenges and new technologies to translate how this affected business drivers and how we manage technology within our business. Interviewing different level people to understand how new technology or a change in process or procedures could affect roles and responsibilities, costs and delivery at all levels. Understanding what the barriers to success are and establishing pathways to work around them and deliver on budget, on time, to meet and exceed expectations.

The site is unique in that it is not trying to sell anything. It simply links the dots together, covering what is in the news, what you should know, and covering some simple how to topics with an end user viewpoint in mind. The idea, making the technology easy to understand, and at the same time examine what to think about when deploying or installing technology which the vendors might not talk about, as a result of interviews and conversations I have had with real world enterprise and small business users.

The views published are independent from my employer.
