There are exciting developments going on at Dell right now, they’ve been making some interesting acquisitions and continuing to invest in their product lines and services to better meet their customers needs. This latest announcement strengthens their portfolio in the blade space furthering their value proposition and customer choice in the right configuration for their deployment for their business which has to be good for blades as a platform and in end user choice.
I’m off to read up more about the new blades and to read more about their converged solution based on Dell Compellent storage and Force10 networking, it does sound interesting.
