IT spending and employment to recover in 2010

Check out this article about IT spending to improve this year, we’ll have to see. The job market is already beginning to improve, I’ve had a few calls over the last week which is surprising as January is normally quiet. I suspect it’s a number of things, projects can only be held off for so long, and speaking with one IT manager “we can only deliver for so long having lost so many members of the team”, having lost 7 people from his networks team in the last year.
