		<description>While many would love to do this, I think it&#039;s unfortunate that most IT shops won&#039;t.   And it won&#039;t be out of a lack of budget either, it&#039;ll be out of a lack of understanding, motivation and time from Management required to drive something so proactive.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Maybe I&#039;m being cynical, but instead you see IT departments getting yelled at, then yelling at their respective vendors.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;To the Managers out there - BE PROACTIVE</description>
