Consider this: Technology job board Dice has some 1,500 job listings for people with VMware experience. A year ago, there were just a few hundred.

Check out this article which is talking about the job listings for people with VMWare experience, as with anything finding the right people can be a challenge, equally retaining them, ensuring that they have the right mix of ‘production’ of delivery, and of architecture, of understanding what bits inside VMWare and the SAN, the network go where is just as important.  Is it VMWare people we need or virtualization people?  Or can we do it in-house with our own server guys?
