BMC to buy BladeLogic

Under the tersms, BMC would pay $28 a share cash for each share of BladeLogic, a small but fast-growing software maker in Lexington, Mass..

BMC said the purchase would slightly reduce earnings from operations in fiscal 2009 but start adding to profit in fiscal 2010.

 

Very cool, I wonder what new products and services from this new partnership, we’ll need to wait and see.
