Expert panel discussions will cover topics including virtual server security, open source virtualization and greener IT technologies. Plus, keynote presentations by top industry analysts and IT practitioners including USinternetworking CTO Toby Ford will outline the potential pitfalls of converting an entire organization to a virtualized infrastructure, innovative uses of virtualization and important virtualization technology trends. The preliminary lineup of topics for September is now available online at: http://VirtExecForum.com.
Very cool, sounds very interesting, virtualization of the infrastructure end to end, from the network to the server and the application if done in the right way can bring benefits to the business, to make the technology an enabler, that said the right way differs for every company, whether it’s using blades and VMWare, virtualization of the desktop with thin client and Citrix, or application virtualization through DataSynapse. Check it out, sounds like an interesting event.
