AMD goes quad core
AMD Demonstrates World’s First Native Quad-Core X86 Server Processor
Very cool, we’ve been waiting to see when AMD would announce quad core, the main thing is the reported thermals being the same as a dual core chip, need to wait and see, I would like to compare a quad core amd/intel proliant and see what the respective thermal/cooling requirements are for each server.
